EVENTS
(Individual Ski Club
Events at bottom of page)
One of the great things about belonging to a
Cleveland Metro Ski Council ski club is that you have the chance to meet and have fun with skiers from other clubs. Who knows, you might have so much fun, you'll join another ski club or, at the very least, go on other club's trips or events. Hey, it happens!
Just like ski clubs bring skiers together, CMSC brings ski clubs together by hosting several events throughout the year in addition to our trips and race program. Need more info?

for a person to contact.
And if you're looking for more ways to get together, we've listed events that ski clubs are hosting. Give them a call, they'd love to have you!

APRIL 12, 2008
For those of you who were "out
there," we had the party for
you. Many Aliens were there, especially
many Cone Heads, Star Trek personalities,
other "out of this world" types and
Mexican illegals : "Aliens, an Intergalactic
Experience" was a great
success. The food, beverages and
entertainment were enjoyed by all.
If you weren't there, you missed a really out
of this world experience!

MAY

|
The annual Travel Show will be held
on May 10
2008. It brings tour operators and ski area representatives together with our ski clubs and other ski councils within driving distance of Cleveland to book trips and gather information on future destinations. Every year, ski club decision makers conduct serious business with ski area and travel professionals. Ski club trip leaders and ski industry personnel are invited to contact
Paul Webber for information about the
2008 show.

DECEMBER

Thank
you to everyone who came out to Boston
Mills on Sunday, December 23 for the
first CMSC Learn to Ski Day. Although the
weather was not cooperative, we still had a
couple of dozen people show up, brave the
elements and have a great time. Boston
Mills provided the participants with a
two-hour lesson and graciously provided all of
the participants with return vouchers good
for any day to get another one-hour lesson,
rental and lift ticket. A GREAT BIG THANK
YOU TO BOSTON MILLS!
